Just a bit of friendly information from our experience and knowledge- Cascade Select is a new program this year that uses a special network and may not cover all the providers you see including any MultiCare providers. CHPW Apple Health will require a referral prior to scheduling with our office. Ambetter has wonderful customer service.

In an effort to increase access to at-home rapid tests across the state, the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) is launching a statewide portal that will allow COVID-19 tests to ship directly to households. Beginning today, Washington state residents will be able to visit http://spr.ly/6180K1kEY to order rapid-antigen COVID tests online, and will receive those tests delivered at no cost. People can order up to 5 free tests for a household. However, supply will be limited at first, and will restock as supply into the state increases.
