🔥 Here’s how to begin implementing timed eating in a safe, effective way, (Without Overcomplicating It)

✅ Pick a window: Start with a 12:12 schedule—12 hours eating, 12 hours fasting. Example: eat between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
As your body adjusts, you can shift to 10:14 or even 8:16.
✅ Hydrate first: During your fasting hours, drink water, tea, or black coffee. Hydration helps control hunger and supports detoxification.
✅ Break your fast with protein and fiber: When your eating window opens, avoid sugary foods. Start with eggs, Greek yogurt, or a smoothie with protein and greens.
✅ Stay consistent: The goal isn’t perfection—it’s progress. The more consistent you are, the greater the results.

When done correctly, intermittent fasting (or “timed eating”) helps your body reset, burn fat more efficiently, and improve overall energy. It’s one of the simplest ways to get your metabolism working with you, not against you.
