The smallest action can build momentum throughout the week. Motivation rarely requires big plans or major changes; it usually starts with small, steady actions woven into daily life, rooted in consistency, patience, and sustainable habits.

Gentle movement, intentional stretching, or mindful check-ins with the body are supportive strategies for setting a positive tone and fostering a healthy lifestyle.

If you’ve been part of our clinic family, we have something important to share!

We’re looking to add another physical therapist / physical therapist assistant to our team in Colville.

The reason is simple – more people in our community are asking for help, and we refuse to solve that by rushing visits or double-booking. Our care stays 1-on-1 sessions, no weekends, with enough time for real listening and problem-solving.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

* Licensed PT or PTA (or graduating soon)
* Loves working with adults 40+ and outpatient ortho
* Wants 1-on-1 care, 10–11 patients per day, no weekends
* Values mentorship, teamwork, and patient relationships over “factory” style care

If someone you know comes to mind – a friend, family member, or even a clinician who has treated you – would you be willing to simply forward them this post and tell them, “You should check this out”?

They can reach us directly at:

Thank you for trusting us with your care – and for helping us bring in the right people to serve Colville for years to come.

VO2 Max stands for "maximum oxygen consumption." It's a measure of how much oxygen your body can use during physical activity. The higher your VO2 Max, the better your heart, lungs, and muscles work together to supply oxygen during activity. In fact, you even use oxygen for everyday movements—like getting up off the floor—because your muscles need oxygen to contract and give you the strength to stand.

Why is VO2 Max important?

* It shows how fit your heart and lungs are. A high VO2 Max means your body is good at using oxygen, which is key for endurance and overall health.
* Studies show that people with higher VO2 Max levels tend to live longer and stay active as they age.
* Improving your VO2 Max can help you exercise more easily, recover faster, and lower your risk of heart disease and other illnesses.

In summary, VO2 Max is a simple but powerful way to measure your fitness and predict long-term health.

Unlock the secrets to a healthier, longer life—learn simple ways to boost your VO2 Max and improve other vital longevity markers. Join our Total Health Workshop on Feb 19 from 11:00–1:00 and take your first step toward lasting wellness.
