Due to circumstances beyond our control, OptumRX has pulled their contract from Comfort Pharmacy (meaning they will not let us fill your prescriptions at Comfort Pharmacy).
Dr. Carla has been in contact with OptumRX and although they were unable to put a stop to the termination of our contract, they did say that our case is still under review and this may only be a temporary situation; however, they can not give us a timeline as to when their final decision will be made.
This affects all James Avery employees, some United Healthcare patients and some Medicaid patients.
Please know that we are doing absolutely EVERYTHING in our power to get this resolved ASAP (if you know you are affected, calling your insurance to let them know how devastating this could be for you and others in our small town, may help our case).
