As we move into 2026, I want to take a moment to wish everyone a happy and healthy New Year.

If stress, muscular tension, or physical discomfort have become persistent, structured therapeutic bodywork can be a powerful support for recovery and overall function. My work in Bluffton is centered on individualized, evidence-informed massage—focused on clinical awareness, intentional touch, and outcomes that genuinely support the nervous system and body.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with their care, referred others, or simply supported this chapter of my work. I’m grateful to be part of a community that values health, recovery, and longevity.
