For Tova, that matters every single day. She’s a proud grandmother to four girls and spends her time playing with them, taking them on outings, and going for walks. Staying strong means she can keep up with their energy and enjoy every moment without hesitation.

She also loves traveling with her husband — to Florida and back to their home countries of Israel and Ireland. Strong legs, a resilient back, and good endurance make those long travel days and adventures not just possible, but enjoyable.
