After much discussion and careful consideration we came to the difficult decision not to renew our lease next year. We have been in this building almost 11 years and serving you has been such a joy!

Over the years we’ve had the privilege of witnessing your healing, your milestones, and our own growth within this beautiful space. No matter what was going on behind the scenes, taking exquisite care of you has always been our highest priority.

We deeply appreciate all your feedback and compliments about the calmness and vibe that we carefully curated here. As healers it is always hard to make a decision that might hurt our clients, however we are doing what we need to for our own well being at this time.


We want to thank you for allowing us and our team to be a part of your wellness journey. Your loyalty and support has kept our doors open and our spirits lifted even through challenging times and for that we are deeply grateful.


Our official last date to see clients will be November 26th, right before Thanksgiving. If you’d like to have a massage before then, please book now!


We will be holding some walk through sales during the weekends in December in order to sell off the content of our office. If there’s a piece of furniture or a decoration you’ve always loved, this will be your chance to take it home with you!

So What’s Next and What Does This Mean for our Clients?

Although this chapter in the Commack space is ending, we won't be going away completely; we will be dramatically downsizing our practice to just the 2 of us, working 2-3 days per week at the most. We will be setting up in a new location down the road in Smithtown for January. Details on this will be provided shortly. We will also have the flexibility for in-home massages if you’d like to book with us that way.


We are also looking into expanding our corporate massage offerings, so if you have a business or employer who might be interested in bringing wellness services into the office please reach out to us.

We will continue to update clients via email and text as we make this transition so please continue to check those for more communication.

Recently I had a few clients who have come in after a pregnancy loss. The helper in me immediately had a bunch of ideas for healing imagery that could make the session even more powerful.

I asked each client if she would like some guided visualization or breathing as part of the massage. And they said no. So I LISTENED. I didn't insist, I didn't override them, and I most importantly I asked them what they needed instead of deciding for them.

It is an honor to hold space and give women in any stage of life, loss or expectancy a chance to reconnect lovingly with their bodies.

And it is our job as healers to meet people where they are and respect what they are showing up for.

Many clients come in with the idea that as the professional, we should be leading the session. While there is truth in this, healing and bodywork are a cooperative process and it is important to keep that connection open and two sided.

We welcome you to express what you need and let us follow with our professional discretion. It is our promise to you that we will give you our best recommendations and also respect what you need.

When did getting a massage change your life? Was it the first time or just a really great session?

I think we can all agree that getting a massage is awesome, but what do you personally love about it the most? What finally clicked when you got up from the massage table for the first time?

I'll go first: When I realized my neck didn't have to just feel stiff and painful all the time and when I realized my neck pain was connected to migraines and massage actually helped me feel better!
