Went to a seminar on this the past weekend and it was fantastic. This PT addresses everything the doctor I listened to did. Only thing I would add is seek out a chiropractor along with a PT specialist in Pelvic Floor Dysfunction.

To all my patients,
Unfortunately we are going to have to cancel all appointments this week due to Dr McNeil coming down with the stomach flu today and also the front office Kim has been exposed to Covid in her home. We will try our very best to accommodate when Dr McNeil gets back into town next week, but at this time we find it best for the safety of our patients to for go opening the clinic until we are all healthy. McNeil Family Chiropractic will be closed today. Snowed in and waiting for snow removal which could be hours. We will resume tomorrow morning and get you all rescheduled.

Update...important clinic info for Monday morning. Nancy or myself will do our very best to get into the office ASAP tomorrow morning. We are both having to dig ourselves out like all of you; therefore, our early morning appointments will have to be rescheduled. Please be patient with us as we deal with answering incoming phone calls, calling and rescheduling patients. Stay safe all!

Lots of heavy wet snow falling today. Take it easy and pace yourself with shoveling. Try your best to use your legs instead of your back. Instead of waiting for snow to stop, shovel around every 2-3 hours to stay on top of it. We will be in the office this week Monday-Thursday 8-12, 2-5. If you do injury yourself, ice the area do not use heat even though it feels good and take an OTC anti-inflammatory until we can see you for treatment. Be safe!
