This is what it’s all about. Parenting, motherhood, and fatherhood is hard enough. Deciding whether or not to add another thing to your schedule can feel overwhelming. Letting go of the (unnecessary) shame that is often associated with finding out your child is neurodiverse or delayed is an ongoing obstacle. But I can promise you that you will feel supported with us. I can promise you’ll feel like you have a plan towards growth. Give us a call if you’ve been on the fence 🤍

Big news… we’re so excited to partner with Motivate Children’s Therapy to offer Occupational Therapy right here in our clinic 💙

From sensory processing and fine motor skills to feeding, emotional regulation, and self-care… OT will be such an incredible support for so many of our kids and families.
 We’re grateful to expand our services and continue providing comprehensive, affirming care for our community.

✨ Now scheduling OT evaluations! Therapy starts in January 2026. Call us to get started!

Need a gift idea? Our pediatric therapists put together a list of their favorites, that we use to build speech and language skills with our own kids and our clients at Lakes Speech & Language. We picked items that both our neurodivergent and neurotypical kids love. It’s also so important to remember that more toys does not mean more language opportunities. Your presence and engagement is the best gift you can give your little one🤍

2025 marks the fifth Thanksgiving for our small business. What started with just me in a small hallway has grown into a team of seven fiercely talented women. Five years of balancing motherhood and entrepreneurship, growing as a clinician dedicated to affirming care, and pouring my heart into our clinic.
