Meet Nautica Jackson — one of our compassionate and dedicated therapists at Radiant You. Nautica is a Licensed Limited Professional Counselor (LLPC) and Licensed School Counselor (SCL) committed to supporting individuals and families, particularly within underprivileged and marginalized communities.

Her passion for mental health advocacy is rooted in fostering resilience, healing, and empowerment. As a Black therapist, Nautica approaches her work with cultural sensitivity and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by diverse communities. She provides accessible, compassionate, and evidence-based care to those who need it most, believing in the transformative power of therapy to strengthen individuals, families, and communities.

Everyone’s journey tells a different story. For some, it’s about strength. For others, it’s about healing, confidence, or simply learning to feel at home in their own skin. It can be frustrating, confusing, or even disheartening at times.

There’s no single way to describe what that transformation feels like because it’s different for everyone. But one thing we’ve noticed to be true for so many people is that extra support makes all the difference.

That’s why we created Reclaiming Radiance: Body Love Edition, a wellness workshop designed to help you reconnect with your body and your mindset in a supportive, compassionate space.

Together with Saretha, Natasha, and Tiara, you’ll explore tools that nurture both your mental and physical well-being, use the InBody machine (which breaks down your body’s muscle, fat, skeletal, and water percentages), and leave with practical ways to care for yourself from the inside out.

Because everybody deserves connection, support, and direction on their journey.
