Congratulations to Caleb Williams on wrapping up his second season with the Chicago Bears.

While this year’s playoff run has come to a close, Caleb’s journey continues to inspire. It’s a powerful example of what can happen when talent is matched with relentless dedication and when parents believe in the process.

Back in 2018, Caleb’s father, Carl Williams, opened Athletic Republic Capitol Region while Caleb was still in high school. He recognized the impact of science-based training and made the bold decision to bring that system closer to home to give his son the training edge he needed.

We're proud to be a small part of a big story and we’ll keep cheering on Caleb and every athlete who walks through our doors with a dream and the drive to chase it.

Congratulations to Dane H. for being our Athlete of the Month for January! Dane recently joined us over the winter and has put in 110% from the start. He has a great attitude each time he walks through the door, while giving forth his best effort throughout the whole session. Even after his sessions are over, he looks for extra work to put in on his own and has a willingness to be better with each rep. Very well deserved to start 2026. Way to go, Dane!

Local Parents of Student Athletes Open Training Center

Ginger and Tim Kennedy spent years trying to find local Sports Performance Training for their sons for years. Finally they decided “if you are going to do something right do it yourself”. They searched for the right location for years and finally found their home in Commerce Township, in the heart of the community their sons grew up loving. As the business came together more services are added. Check out the website for the elite services they have brought to the area.

COVID-19 was a downer, being they opened on Februay 8, 2020 and closed on March 16th due to EO. Being registered as medical with our Physical Therapist, Massage Therapist, CryoTherapy and Training Protocols for Injury Prevention we were able to open on a limited basis. Come visit and see what they can do for you!
