We want to make you aware of a recent issue affecting some of our text message appointment reminders.

Our scheduling platform, Calendly, uses a third-party service to send SMS reminders. If your mobile phone settings are not enabled to receive text messages from third-party senders, you may not receive these reminders.

What you can do:

Check your phone’s SMS/Messaging settings to ensure that messages from unknown or third-party numbers are allowed.

If you use spam- or fraud-filtering features, please verify that they are not blocking automated reminder messages.

While this issue does not affect your scheduled appointment itself, we want to ensure you continue receiving reminders as expected.

If you have any questions or would like help verifying your settings, please feel free to contact our office.
