Fruit sugar and processed sugar are NOT the same! Let me explain ⤵️

Both contain sugar, but your body handles them differently.

🍓 FRUIT SUGAR (natural) comes from whole fruits like apples, berries, oranges, pomegranates, etc.

What makes it different:
•Comes with fiber ➡️ slows down blood sugar absorption
•Contains vitamins and minerals (vitamin C, antioxidants, potassium, etc.)
•Supports digestion
• Less likely to spike blood sugar quickly

🧁PROCESSED SUGAR (added sugar) is found in candy, pastries, soda, sweet cereals, and many packaged foods.

What makes it different:
•No Fiber
•No nutrients (empty calories)
•Absorbs very quickly
•Spikes blood sugar and insulin

JUICES:

• Nutrients are absorbed rapidly into the bloodstream

SMOOTHIES:
• Contain fiber from whole fruits and vegetables
• Help prevent blood sugar spikes
• Provide a slower, steadier release of nutrients

Both can be healthy choices — it just depends on your goals and preferences.
