Congratulations
A young woman who was diagnosed with rare and aggressive pancreatic cancer at age 12 is now heading to the University of California cancer-free with a perfect 4.0 GPA.
Madison M. was given less than a 4 percent chance of survival when she was diagnosed. She battled through three separate relapses while enduring treatments, hospital stays, and uncertainty. Through it all, Madison continued to show up for her future, maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA throughout her cancer battle.
Now, four years cancer-free, Madison is heading to the University of California. Inspired by everything she endured, she plans to become both an advocate and a researcher, determined to make a difference for other young cancer patients.
Her journey is more than survival. It is a testament to courage, perseverance, and hope.
