Good morning, Balance family. My sweetest 12-year-old niece suffered a horrible accident on Thursday when a tree fell on her while riding her bicycle. She is going to be okay, and we are unbelievably grateful for that.

Due to sustaining injuries to her jaw and teeth, she will be restricted to liquids for a number of months and in a neck brace throughout the summer.

You can help by sharing your favorite nutrient-dense smoothie recipes and ideas for things to keep her entertained while she recovers.

Her name is Alayna if you wish to send some healing thoughts her way. 🩷
