When emotions urge us to react in ways that don’t help, we practice doing the opposite. This skill helps reduce intense emotions and build healthier habits over time.

🗣 DEAR MAN Skills
A communication tool that helps clients ask for what they need, set boundaries, and say no—clearly, confidently, and respectfully.

🌊 Urge Surfing
Teaches clients how to ride out uncomfortable urges without acting on them. Like a wave, urges rise and fall—and this skill helps build resilience in the moment.

💬 “Yes, And” Statements
Encourages validation and collaboration instead of conflict. This tool helps keep conversations open, supportive, and solutions-focused.

❄️ Actually…the cold does bother us! But with this Monday feeling freezing, it’s starting to feel a lot like the holidays!

Something about this season gets everyone in the spirit to do good, not just for ourselves, but for others too.

Growth isn’t only about you; it’s about family, friends, and the people who lift you up. Learning how to show up, support, and be there when it matters most. Definitely something to think about as we head into this week. ✨
