This winter’s arctic blast is more of an excuse to move that body and make sure we don’t get frozen in place! Take care of yourself, check in on your neighbors, and keep your furry babies indoors. 🥶 💙🌤️

Dec 21st is the winter solstice! It's a time to chill, focus on yourself, and figure out what's important.

Your yoga practice might evolve too! Restorative and yin practices are great for winter. Adding meditation and mindfulness can also help you stay positive during the darker months.

Winter can be long, make sure to take care of yourself!❤️🥶❄️☃️😌

I’m taking a break from teaching yoga regularly, but I will still be filling in at when I can! I’m taking my own advice and slowing down a little, focusing on finding time for just me, and doing some more trainings. Please keep your eyes peeled for posts about when I’ll be in the studio! 🙏😘❤️

True transformation through yoga and meditation doesn’t happen in an instant. It unfolds with time, patience, and practice. Every breath, every stretch, every moment of stillness moves you closer to a calmer mind, a stronger body, and a more centered life. Even a few deep breaths in the middle of a busy day can shift your energy and reconnect you to yourself. Remember, the most powerful work you can ever do is the work you do within. 🧘‍♀️❤️⚡️

💥 Superhero Yoga for a Cause! 💥
Join me on Friday, October 18th from 11 AM – 12 PM at Get Fit NH for a special yoga class filled with superhero spirit! 🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️
We’re teaming up to raise funds for Best Buddies NH through the Coty Campaign. Come dressed as your favorite superhero (as long as you can move in it!) or just rock your coziest yoga clothes.
✨ The class is FREE, but a suggested donation of $10 is greatly appreciated. Every dollar goes directly to Best Buddies NH to support their incredible work.
