Special apt for new patient. Came in 2 hours early to accommodate because later times that I had available weren’t okay for her schedule.
She canceled just before the apt.

Thanks to this, we are now taking deposits on ALL new patient appointment and late cancelation/no show fees will be added no matter what time of day.
