It’s Sleep Week! Here’s how to sleep better (even with the time change)
We know that having your schedule thrown off by Daylight Savings Time can leave you feeling foggy, frazzled, and off balance. Which is why Sleep Week (March 8-14) is a perfect time to make rest a priority.
Here are three easy tips to help you get better sleep this week:
💙 Make sure your bedroom is cool and dark enough for sleep (between 60-67* F)
💙 Mask disruptive sounds with soothing ambient sounds like white noise
💙 Try 4-7-8 breathing in bed: in for 4, hold for 7, out for 8
