This balance allows for deep therapeutic work—including individual therapy and group processing—while returning to a supportive home environment in the evening. 🎄We had such an incredible time at our annual Christmas party this year! The night was filled with laughter, delicious food, amazing coworkers, and a little friendly competition during the white elephant gift exchange. 😄🎁

Equine therapy has been shown to provide incredible benefits for those on the journey of recovery. Working with horses helps build trust, improve emotional awareness, and strengthen coping skills, all vital steps toward lasting sobriety.
