Coltrane LIFE Center's services benefit older adults, adults with disabilities, & their family caregivers. The Center provides daytime health care services, safety, & supervision to participants as an alternative to assisted living or nursing home placement. By utilizing the Center's services, family members experience reduced stress knowing that their loved one is taken care of in a safe, secure place with trained staff members. This gives them respite, or a break from caregiving, & enables them to work or take care of other needs during the day. Services include:
- Health monitoring by nursing staff
- Nutritious breakfast, lunch, & afternoon snack (special diets accommodated)
- Activities: music, games, crafts, exercise, field trips, & social interaction with friends
- Personal care such as bathing, bathroom assistance, & nail care
- Beauty & barber shop services
- Specialized care for those with dementia or other special needs
- Transportation to/from the Center & for doctor’s appointments
- Monthly C.A.R.E. (Concerned Adults Responsible for the Elderly) meetings for family members to receive support, encouragement, & education about various caregiving topics

Fees vary depending on individual needs. Coltrane LIFE Center is an equal opportunity provider & employer.

What a truly unforgettable weekend. 🌟
Our hearts are so full after our 38th Annual Christmas Ballet. Thank you to every dancer, family member, volunteer, supporter, and our amazing staff who helped make this beautiful tradition possible. 🙏

Because of you, we were honored to raise $3,511 for the Coltrane LIFE Center during last night’s performance. ❤️

And to our dancers… bravo. 👏 Your hard work, passion, and love for dance shined so brightly on stage, and we could not be prouder. 🥰 May the joy we shared continue to fill our hearts throughout this season and into the New Year.✨

We hope you can join us for our 38th Annual Christmas Ballet this Saturday! This year we will feature our Nativity Ballet and How the Grinch Stole Christmas! along with special performances from the Lee-ettes, Protégés, Ballet Company, Sacred Dance Class, and Adult Jazz. Admission is by Donation and all proceeds benefit the Coltrane LIFE Center in Concord. 🫶🏼
