People still ask me “are you a chiropractor or did you retire, move onto coaching solely, etc?”

I laugh because just today I had one of my busiest mornings at the office. I am still a chiropractor. It is so dear to my heart. I do many other jobs, but this one is quite special to me.

I’ve been a chiropractor for over 20 years.
Which means… I’ve seen everything.

I’ve seen:

• “Minor” injuries that quietly turn into chronic pain
• People told nothing is wrong who are clearly compensating
• Old injuries the body never forgot
• Pain that moves, disappears, comes back, or never fully leaves
• Disc injuries, nerve irritation, joint degeneration, post-surgical bodies
• Athletes, desk workers, parents, builders, healers
• People who’ve tried everything and still don’t feel right

👉 Pain is not the actual problem.
👉 The body is incredibly adaptive with the right inputs
👉 What hurts today is often the result of what you’ve been doing for years without knowing it

And here’s what I know after two decades in practice:

Most people are walking around with unanswered questions.
They’ve been dismissed, rushed, or given generic explanations that don’t fit their lived experience.
They could have a completely different reality with the right guidance
