Many folks think they've tried , but it turns out what they did wasn't really DBT at all. So, how can you tell if a provider is really doing adherent DBT?

Of course, finding an LBC certified provider or program is a great strategy, but only a small portion of DBT programs are certified. Don't worry though, there are a few simple questions you can ask to determine whether a provider is providing adherent DBT.
