Please vote NO to Prop 29. It's the third proposition in as many election years which jeopardizes the care of our patients.

Prop 29 is nearly identical to Prop 23, which 63% of voters rejected in 2020. Prop 29 will again jeopardize approx. 80,000 CA dialysis patients.

Another year, another bill jeopardizing care and access to care for our dialysis patients. Please click the link and send a letter to Governor Newsom to ask him to VETO this bill.

Patients with kidney disease and renal failure depend on dialysis to survive. Our coalition is dedicated to protecting these patients throughout California.

Another unfortunately misguided bill narrowly passed by the California Senate and Assembly which jeopardizes the care for our ESRD patients. Please let Governor Newsome know to VETO this bill, just like Governor Brown did last year.

The National Kidney Foundation has a long history of opposing all cuts to patient care. Any cuts to dialysis patients, who are among the most vulnerable of all kidney patients, are unacceptable and Prop 8 is just too risky for patients.

There's a reason why the National Kidney Foundation, patient advocacy groups, and medical associations oppose this prop. It's a deceitful and harmful prop that will jeopardize care for thousands.
