This is Test Week — the moment where all the work you’ve put in finally gets measured. Strength. Power. Gymnastics. Engine. Big benchmarks, real numbers, and proof of progress… plus the perfect week to bring a friend and show them what we do.
What’s on deck:
• Heavy lifts all week — Power Sn**ch, Front Squat, Bench, Split Jerk
• Gymnastics tests that don’t lie — max strict pull-ups, 100 TTB for time, wall walk volume
• Iconic conditioning pieces — Engine Room, Open 25.3 re-test, Higher Ground
• Finish strong with Load Management — heavy, controlled, and confident
How to attack the week:
• Come in ready to test, not guess — log everything
• Warm up with purpose and build smart
• Pace with discipline so your numbers actually mean something
• Stay composed in the long workouts — calm breathing = better results
Bring a Friend Week:
This is one of the best weeks to introduce someone to our community. We’ll help them scale, coach them up, and make sure they feel welcomed — while you get to show off the culture, coaching, and energy that make this place special.
