We start by sitting down with you — your goals, your schedule, your sticking points — and we build a plan that makes sense for your life, not someone else’s highlight reel.

You’ll train with purpose.
You’ll learn how to eat without guessing.
You’ll understand why you’re doing what you’re doing.

The goal isn’t to survive 6 weeks.
The goal is to leave with structure, confidence, and habits you can carry through the rest of the year.

Our favorite holiday workout is back and it’s always a good one.
Same 12 Days format, fun movements, good sweat, and a whole lot of energy in the gym.

👉 CrossFit version
👉 Bootcamp version (yes, scaled and approachable — still spicy)

No matter which track you choose, the goal is the same:
show up, work hard, laugh a little, and knock out a workout with your people.

Classes run as normal, but if you can make it — the 5:30pm class is the one to be at 👀
Big group, heats rolling, and all the Christmas chaos.

The sn**ch gets a bad rap because it looks complicated. But here’s the thing….when it clicks, it makes you better at pretty much everything else

It builds real power. Not just “gym strong,” but fast, athletic, explosive strong. It teaches your body how to move together instead of piece by piece. Legs, hips, core, shoulders…everything has to show up

It also keeps you honest. You can’t muscle it. You can’t rush it. You either move well or the bar tells on you

And yeah, it’s humbling at first. But that’s part of why it’s worth doing. You get more coordinated, more confident, and more athletic every time you practice it. 💪
