Not everyone signs up for a challenge like the Open… and even fewer take it all the way to Quarterfinals

Over the past few weeks, we had multiple CFC athletes step up, lean into the pressure, and put their fitness to the test during the CrossFit Open season. No shortcuts, no backing down…..just showing up and getting it done. That’s what it’s about

Big respect to every single one of you who pushed past comfort, embraced the grind, and represented this community the right way

And a special shoutout to Jennings for qualifying for the CrossFit Games Semifinals 👏
That’s not normal. That’s not easy. That’s elite

The Open.
3 weeks.
And this place was ELECTRIC. ⚡

Shoutout to every athlete who stepped on the floor, every judge who kept us honest, and every person who showed up early to help set up or stayed late to tear down.

You all made the 2026 Open at CrossFit Cabarrus something special.

Limits were tested.
And the energy in this gym was unreal.

But the best part?
We’re just getting started.

The Open may be over…
but the work continues Monday.

That moment right before a workout starts.

Wall balls in hand.
Everyone a little nervous… but ready.

What most people don’t realize is that every person in this video once thought the same thing:

“CrossFit isn’t for me.”
