What Bootcamp has looked like… and where we’re headed next.

Over the past quarter, we made a big shift.
Less random workouts. More intention.

We moved into a progressive overload strength model… building real strength first, then finishing with short, effective conditioning.

Q1 Breakdown:
• Monday… Upper Body (Functional Bodybuilding)
• Tuesday… Lower Body
• Wednesday… Full Body
• Thursday… Core + Cardio
• Friday… Performance + Pump

Strength was the priority. Conditioning stayed tight (5–8 min finishers).
And the result? Progress you can actually measure.

Now heading into next quarter… we’re leveling it up.

We’re keeping the same structure… but optimizing flow, recovery, and output:

New Split:
• Monday… Lower Body
• Tuesday… Full Body
• Wednesday… Core + Cardio
• Thursday… Performance, Power + Pump
• Friday… Upper Body

AND…

👉 Conditioning finishers are getting extended
(8–12 minutes now… still efficient, just more output)

Not everyone signs up for a challenge like the Open… and even fewer take it all the way to Quarterfinals

Over the past few weeks, we had multiple CFC athletes step up, lean into the pressure, and put their fitness to the test during the CrossFit Open season. No shortcuts, no backing down…..just showing up and getting it done. That’s what it’s about

Big respect to every single one of you who pushed past comfort, embraced the grind, and represented this community the right way

And a special shoutout to Jennings for qualifying for the CrossFit Games Semifinals 👏
That’s not normal. That’s not easy. That’s elite

What makes it even better?
