The shirt tells no lies 🫶🤔

A lot of fitness people / influencers marketing programs will tell you consistency means perfect programming, perfect recovery, perfect everything.

But consistency isn’t about having the perfect setup.
It’s about having the discipline to keep showing up.

That’s why CrossFit works. It teaches you how to work hard, how to push through discomfort, and how to do hard things even when you don’t feel like it.

That mindset is what creates real results. The mindset that makes you go to bed on time, choose the right foods even when you don’t feel like it, and keep doing what’s required day after day—that’s what separates people who change from people who stay the same.

All week long, every member is welcome to bring a friend to class for FREE.
It’s the perfect chance to train with someone you care about and introduce them to the CrossFit Cabarrus community.

Whether it’s a spouse, coworker, neighbor, or best friend—if they’ve been saying:
“Man, I need to start working out again…”
this is your moment to bring them with you.

How it works:

✅ Bring a guest to any class next week
✅ Guests train FREE all week
✅ Beginner-friendly & fully coach-led
✅ We’ll scale everything to their level

⚠️ Important: Guest sign-up is required

To make sure we can plan appropriately and keep class sizes comfortable for our paying members, all guests MUST sign up ahead of time.

Which is wild, because the “old people” in this gym:
• lift heavy
• show up at 5am
• and still hit PRs on a random Tuesday

Starting in January, our 11:30am class officially becomes PUMP + OLY 💪🔥

That means:
• Coach-led every day
• Focused on strength, hypertrophy, and Olympic lifting
• No conditioning WODs in this time slot
• These will be the only Pump workouts programmed in Wodify
• Monday–Friday consistency you can build around

This class is for the athlete who wants to:
✔ Build real muscle
✔ Get stronger in the barbell
✔ Dial in technique on Olympic lifts
✔ Train with intent without the race-clock pressure

Same community. Same coaching.

Monday is going to expose what I do today.

Here’s the truth most people don’t want to hear:
The secret sauce isn’t the workout program.
It’s your nutrition.

You can train 4–5 days a week…
…but if your food is random, your results will be too.

People who plan their nutrition are:
• 2–3x more likely to hit calorie and protein targets
• 50–60% more consistent with healthy choices
• Far less likely to “fall off” by Wednesday
• And see up to 30% better fat-loss results over time

Not because they’re more motivated.
Because they removed friction.

Sunday is where the week is actually won.
