FINALLY.

We’ve found the solution to help everyone put the dumbbells back in the proper space.

The signs didn’t quite do the trick…
So we’re officially commencing Phase 3.

We will build strength.
We will build discipline.
And apparently… we will build a dumbbell-return system that actually works.

Bootcamp is getting more structured.
Here’s what that means 👇

Monday – Lower Body Strength
Tuesday – Upper Body Strength
Wednesday – Full Body Strength
Thursday – Core + Cardio
Friday – Performance

And here’s the big shift…

The strength days are going to be true strength days.

Slower tempo.
Heavier loads.
Controlled reps.
Progressive overload.

They’re designed to leave you shaking.

Thursday will now be the day we push the engine — core, conditioning, athletic work — without compromising the strength progression earlier in the week.

Every day has a purpose.
Every week builds on the last.

This isn’t random sweat anymore.
This is structured training.
