Bringing care beyond clinic walls.

Our mobile unit travels across Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, and Rowan counties, meeting people where they are and closing the gap in access to health care. From neighborhoods to community spaces, we go where we’re needed most to deliver care that’s timely, trusted, and within reach.

To our mobile unit staff, thank you for your dedication, compassion, and commitment to serving our communities. Your work is essential to CRCHC and the care we provide every day. We also thank our community partners for their continued trust in our team and in the care we deliver.

Advocacy is an important part of advancing our mission.

Recently, CEO Don Holloman and Chairman Robert Freeman represented Cabarrus Rowan Community Health Centers (CRCHC) during a legislative visit in Raleigh, advocating for the continued support of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs).

During the visit, they also highlighted the regional impact of CRCHC, showcasing how our health centers expand access to high-quality, affordable care and strengthen the health of communities across the region.

FQHCs play a critical role in ensuring patients and families receive the care they need, regardless of their circumstances. We are grateful for leaders who champion the importance of community health and continue to advocate for the resources that allow organizations like CRCHC to serve our communities.
