May we all feel the love of the sun to brighten up the pain that we have had to face,may the wind that feel ,be a calming balance to bring us comfort and support to guide us on our path towards another place, may we never feel abandoned or sad or alone with noone there, because we know we have the blessings of spirit around us watching over us wherever we may roam anywhere.
May we walk with purpose, determination and no fear because we have the strength of our inner light that is has guided us here.
May we be be blessed and be greatful for all we have overcome for it took a long time for us to become awakened and strong.
To know we are worthy of success and happiness and to always believe that we were meant to be here. Because spirit brought us to this universe for a purpose and it will eventually become clear.
So celebrate this special day and understand why the history of st.patrick means so much to many people too. because no matter what we face in life, there's a rainbow that will always shine through.

Jump into the water to take me away, to feel freedom from where I live today.
To release me from the shackles that have been tighten around my wrists, holding me down until I couldn't resist.
I numb my body to not feel anymore pain, I close my eyes to protect myself again.as the flashbacks keep that nightmare repeating in my mind.
Breathe in the night, let it take me away, infuse my delight, help me to transition this gift that I once couldn't have access to, and guide me to see whats new.
I have keep my authentic soul a secret for way too long, shut inside to hide, burying myself alive. Break down these walls,that have held me in, and open my eyes to find the clarity within.
Wake me up and guide me through, all those obstacles that were once in my way, where I lost control of my heart before today. Give me the love to support me now, to see the potential and show me how, to own my true power today. As I jump into the beauty that surrounds me, now, I connect with the transformation of who I have become.I let go of the negative energy that doesn't serve my highest good, and take off the mask I have worn for many years, that kept me safe, as I cried those painful tears.
I am authentic,I am alive and I'm now free, to be that beautiful soul who loves herself unconditionally.

Happy Thanksgiving to all my beautiful family and friends, I don't usually celebrate much holidays anymore, since my son grew up,it was a family get together and now that my sons are older and away, I just get sad thinking about celebrating without that feeling of support and comfort I had when I was with them.we might have been with Lisa and Leeah Michele but to me she was my niece and Lisa was like a sister to me..we always had a celebration if I was over her family or if I was home..I always found a way to do the best I could for Christmas and Thanksgiving.
And when I was with Steve, his family had open arms to me and my son. It broke me losing them, but I won't allow myself to be heartbroken anymore.
Now being alone and not with any love of mine, I just feel numb inside, and i dont feel like its Thanksgiving..
I'm not sad or depressed just feel Nothing really.
But I do feel greatful this year about being healthy overalleven after i had to endure covid, and to know my son is sober and every day closer to having his life successful and complete.
Even if its a struggle sometimes i know the end result is happiness again for him and finally to feel secure and loved ..I'm thankful for my sons lives and that my oldest son Anthony is doing much better and he is alive at 31 when the doctors said he wouldn't make through his first night
and for me that I'm still alcohol free,.I'm thankful that I got away from the chaos at Anthony house and I will never be treated emotionally abused like that again. from him, his mom, and dad .
I'm thankful I found a room to move too,and now its going on 12 months free from that negative energy...
I am thankful for my friends and those I recently found again.
I'm thankful to being able to have the creative gifts I have and my intuitive knowledge too
I'm greatful that I'm not being abused or beaten or wondering if I won't make it til tomorrow.
I'm thankful that I'm in a higher vibration now, and no more darkness to cover or bury me anymore. I'm thankful my heart is now healed and ready to.open up again, yet this time
I will not be fooled. Or become a victim again.
I'm thankful for all of you.

Such a fabulous night hanging with my brother's band joker on Jack at the Hillcrest Tap house in Antioch...
It was so fun celebrating my girl Danna Smith birthday Veronica Finley had a yummy cake made fir her and I always love performing with my brother and Joseph James Adams had a blast coming up on stage to perform killing in the name..too.
Sarah Rutter sang purple rain with Ronald Flowers and Kat sang
And Veronica Finley and Mike sang too. What a awesome night. The pasta was yummy We danced and saw so many beautiful friends and family too. If you missed it ..here's some pictures from tonight...enjoy.

Life
Noone can take control of me and noone can threaten me. I'm free, I will always be empowered. and soon you will all see, who is stronger you or me, So,play your games but think again,because eventually,I will be the one who wins at the end. noone is in control of my soul anymore. As I look around at the bricks that have built this wall ,they keep building up every time, I allow myself to fall. We close ourselves off to the world and push away the people every day, because of the trauma and experiences in life we had to endure, Its made us have to fight for everything we need,and protect ourselves from the darkness and greed. We have become warriors To live another day, and no more will we allow ourselves to tear our soul away. As we lay here bleeding on the floor, wounded by the triggers and flashbacks we try to ignore. It just has us suffering more. When We allow ourselves to be hypnotized by those who don't care as they fill our lives with sadness and despair. Dont underestimate the power of your strength Send out positive love, not Chaos and anger to those who never hurt you. Or you could decide to hurt others too,and put yourself in a dark hole where you can never be free, A twisted place, where you can't see and all you feel is anger and hostility. Overwhelmed from all those memories.and allowing yourself to be buried alive, instead of fighting to allow yourself free, you shut off your mind and numb yourself every time.
Look in the mirror to face.the truth that can't be erased to build yourself up from the past,and walk away from those negative influences at last.
Today itsTime to Brighten that light within you, and help it shine, to unblock the twisted thoughts in your mind. To reverse it all, as you begin to see, the clarity of what your life can be. to enjoy this life again, as you shut off permanently those negative patterns which have imprisoned your mind, to heal your pain,and leave it behind. To let it your inner voice shine through, as you become stronger.and begin a new life for you.

Excited to start tomorrow being a caregiver nervous too because 8 just want to do my best to help and assist whoever I am helping.
But just starting out does make me feel anxious. So werid how when I have to face many challenges I do it with strength and determination but now that I'm stepping into a unknown situation and I want to do my best...my anxious mind starts thinking overtime.
I'm only human.
Well I am getting myself ready no matter what I will do everything to succeed in this new chapter of My life because I don't just shut down when things are difficult..today is the first of the rest of my life and its time to use everything I have learned and to be a positive caregiver....I will succeed let's do this...
