Adult Beginner Ballet with Kelly

Whether you’re brand new to ballet or returning after years away, this class offers a supportive and accessible introduction to ballet fundamentals.

Seasons are shifting, and I’ve been asking myself: How do I stay present while looking ahead?

Change is rarely comfortable, but it’s the one thing we can always count on. When I meet change with curiosity, I notice the tension in my body soften. I invite you to notice what comes up for you.

This fall marks 2 years of my Concord studio — and my intention is more play, more movement, more Somatic Experiencing, and more ways to support each other. 💚 (and of course plenty of Rolfing & Sauna sessions, too. 🙂)

Feeling a lot of gratitude today for this quiet and beautiful space that I get to call my “office.”

My Concord studio is designed to be multi functioning. It serves as a space to see clients one on one and also to host a variety of different classes/workshops.

Hey- I’m an SEP now! 🙌🏻

I am excited to share that I have officially completed my Advanced Year of Somatic Experiencing in California and am now a certified SEP (Somatic Experiencing Practitioner).

I have so much to say about this powerful work, but for now, I’m feeling deep gratitude for the last three transformative years - for the deep support I’ve received, and for the steady, intentional path that brought me here.

Many of you know I’ve already been integrating SE into my practice, and I’m excited to continue blending this work with Rolfing in even more meaningful ways.

Our Story

Kelly Diamond, Certified Advanced Rolfer

Named after its founder, Dr. Ida P. Rolf, Rolfing Structural Integration is a process of hands on tissue manipulation and movement education that systematically aligns the human body in gravity. Rolfing unwinds strain and tension in the fascial system (soft tissue matrix) allowing a person to feel more at ease in their body. During sessions specific subtle movements are used to help increase awareness of body sensation and together we develop unique skills to help the client better respond to life’s physical, emotional and mental demands.

Rolfing may be right for you if you feel uncomfortable in your body and can imagine feeling more fluidity and ease. People of all ages choose Rolfing to help them resolve pain and discomfort related to athletic performance, repetitive tasks and current or previous injury/trauma.
