I’m fine.”
The words we say when we don’t have the energy to explain the truth.

Sometimes “I’m fine” really means:
• I’m overwhelmed
• I’m exhausted
• I’m hurting
• I don’t want to be a burden
• I don’t know how to put this into words yet

And so we smile.
We show up.
We keep going.

But you don’t have to carry it alone.
You don’t have to minimize your pain to make others comfortable.
You don’t have to be “fine” to be worthy of care.

At Breathe, we believe healing starts the moment you’re allowed to say, “Actually… I’m not.”
And still be met with compassion.
