When was the last time you or someone you love talked to their doctor about prostate health?

Men over 50, or over 45 with higher risk factors, should discuss PSA screening with their provider.

A simple conversation can make a life-saving difference.

Don’t wait for symptoms. Prostate cancer often has none in early stages.

A message from NHPCC Co-President Peter McGee-

💙 Living with prostate cancer isn’t just about treatment — it’s about learning, advocating, and asking the tough questions.

I just came across this powerful personal story on ProstateCancer.net about one man’s journey through prostate cancer, not once, not twice, but three times, and the lessons he learned along the way about self-advocacy, persistence, and the importance of speaking up for your own care

What stood out most was his emphasis on asking questions, not just accepting answers, but digging deeper, understanding your options, and being your own best health advocate. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, supporting someone you love, or just want to be informed, this article is a reminder that you have a voice in your health care.
