Our team members have some sharp skills - in and out of the workplace!

Our team recently enjoyed an axe-throwing experience at Axe & Ale Taphouse full of laughter, teamwork, a little friendly competition and a few bullseyes! Thanks to everyone who joined in for a memorable night out!

For 15 years, Davis has been a stalwart of comfort and guidance for patients and loved ones during life's most difficult moments. We're grateful for the positive impact he's had on so many patients and families, helping ensure no community member experiences the hospice journey alone.

Congratulations, Davis, and thank you for your dedication.

We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to support our annual Passion for Caring event which is our largest fundraiser and raises vital funds for Hospice House.

Volunteers will help our silent auction shine by following up on donation requests and securing auction items.

Just a few hours of your time between now and early May will help ensure community members can access essential end-of-life care at Hospice House.

After a career in the medical field that spanned 4+ decades, and personal experience as a caregiver, Colleen turned to volunteering to fulfill her passion for caring for others.

As one of our hospice volunteers, Colleen spends quality time with patients - talking and reading or helping with errands and light housework. She fondly recalls connecting with a patient through conversations about music where she saw the patient’s passion shine talking all about their favorite artists and songs.

Volunteers like Colleen bring comfort and connection to patients and families. If you're interested in becoming a volunteer, our next training session begins Friday, February 6.

One of our favorite ways to spend an afternoon!

Prior to the holidays, several of our team members volunteered their time at the Greater Lakes Region Children's Auction answering phones to collect bids. We're proud to be part of an initiative that raised more than $888,000 - it's best year ever!

Behind every number is a person, a family, and a moment that mattered. πŸ’œ

This snapshot is just a piece of what Granite VNA delivered this year. What it doesn’t fully capture is the dedication and heart our employees and volunteers bring to every visit, mile traveled, and hour given.

These numbers are impressive, but the people behind them are extraordinary.
