📣 Granite VNA Announces New President & CEO

We are proud to announce that James Culhane has been named our next President and CEO following an extensive executive search. Culhane will succeed Beth Slepian, who will retire in June 2026 after more than a decade of leadership.

Culhane currently serves as President and CEO of Lake Sunapee Region VNA & Hospice and brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in healthcare and nonprofit organizations, including roles at Granite VNA earlier in his career.

“Jim’s extensive experience in healthcare leadership and advocacy, his track record of operational excellence, and his passion for advancing high-quality care will be integral to the ongoing success of Granite VNA,” said Board Chair David Green, MD.

Please join us in welcoming Jim to Granite VNA as he prepares to lead the organization into its next chapter.
