Serving 72 communities in central NH, we provide home care, hospice care, pediatric and maternal child health services, and wellness programs. An unexpected injury in her teens led Carrie to her calling as an occupational therapist. After receiving care in an outpatient clinic, she became a volunteer, which ultimately led to a meaningful career dedicated to helping others regain independence and confidence in their daily lives.

Having worked in a variety of settings throughout her career, she has found home care to be the most rewarding. Helping individuals remain safe and comfortable in their own homes is not only a goal, it’s what drives her every day.

Along the way, she’s also learned to laugh at some common misconceptions about the profession — like when patients think “OT” means she’s there to help them find a job — but she embraces every opportunity to educate and connect.
