Serving 72 communities in central NH, we provide home care, hospice care, pediatric and maternal child health services, and wellness programs. Dr. LaFortune-Greenberg is recognized for her unwavering commitment to the health and well-being of children and families across New Hampshire. A trusted pediatrician, mentor, and advocate for childhood immunizations, she has been a steady, reassuring voice for families — combining clinical expertise with genuine care to help children and communities thrive.
