We were called out because after having a new sand filter installed the customer had sand passing into the pool. It looks like whoever installed this filter (NOT Pool & Spa Doctors) plumbed it in backwards 🤦🏻‍♂️. After a simple replumb they were back up and running with no more sand passing into the pool 💪🏻.
