Appointments fill quickly. We strongly encourage you to book in advance and utilize the waitlist if your preferred date is unavailable.

Communication Hours:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (calls & texts for brief messages only)

Policy Highlights:
- Results may vary; no guaranteed outcomes
- No-shows (new clients) may be restricted from future bookings
- Same-day cancellations/no-shows: $40 fee
- 15+ minutes late: courtesy call required; $15 late fee if accommodated
- Before & After-hours appointments: $80 additional fee
- Color services: $30 per additional bowl if extra product is needed
