Sunset Home Senior Living Community Sunset Home is a locally-owned, not-for-profit Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Community.

Sunset Home is a Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living home that has been a part of the Concordia community since 1911 (chartered in 1905). Over the past 112 years we have enjoyed serving the community and its residents and look forward to our future offering person-centered care to older adults.
