Sunset Home Senior Living Community Sunset Home is a locally-owned, not-for-profit Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Community.

Sunset Home is a Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living home that has been a part of the Concordia community since 1911 (chartered in 1905). Over the past 112 years we have enjoyed serving the community and its residents and look forward to our future offering person-centered care to older adults.

Happy Bidding! Our Holiday Bazaar items have been posted and you are able to start bidding on items online. Each post has a starting bid this will go from today 12/8 to 12/12 when final bids will need to be put in. We encourage you to join us this Friday evening @4:30pm for our free will donation soup supper.
