We’ve heard you — and we’ve felt it too! We know our current booking software has caused frustrations, and we truly appreciate your patience while we worked behind the scenes to find a better solution.

We’re happy to share that we’ve chosen a new booking system that will make scheduling smoother and more reliable for everyone. The transition will take a little time, but the new software will officially go live at the beginning of March. Don’t worry — all existing appointments will be transferred over automatically.

If you currently have an e-gift card, you’re welcome to use it before the switch, or we will absolutely honor it after the transfer as well.

As we move into this new system and navigate rising supply costs, there will be a small price increase to our services. With that said, this change also opens the door to some exciting upgrades — including new add-on options (more details coming soon 👀).
