Our Executive Director, Julian Palmer, was proud to stand shoulder to shoulder with anti-hunger advocates from across New York at the 34th Annual People’s State of the State.

Together with the Alliance for a Hunger Free New York and food pantries statewide, we’re calling on New York State to take bold action:

➡️ $75M for Nourish New York

Food insecurity is rising—and our emergency food system is under growing strain. The message was clear: now is the time to invest in food access and protect our communities.

For more than three decades, TOUCH has stood beside our neighbors—ensuring that people living with HIV and chronic illness receive the care, nutrition, and dignity they deserve.

📊 By the numbers in 2025:
🔹 4,093 medical case management services connecting people to life-saving HIV care
🔹 170 individuals supported through Ryan White HIV programs
🔹 50+ neighbors nourished through our chronic illness nutrition program with medically tailored pantry bags and RD counseling
🔹 98% of clients in medical case management are virally suppressed
