🌸This Sunday, 2/18 from 2pm to 5pm, we will explore the nervous system and stress management. We'll highlight different pathways to self care including nutrition and herbal nervines for stress relief, talk about and learn to access resources in times of stress, and introduce you to the Ho'oponopono, an ancient Hawaiian practice of healing and forgiveness.

In this heartwarming afternoon, wrap yourself in the energy of love. Explore, evoke, and embody Kuan Yin, goddess of love and compassion, open yourself to the gentle power of flower essences, and relax into a 60 minute Reiki and Restorative Yoga Practice focused on opening the heart.
This is a 3 hour class, bring a yoga mat, blanket or towel, bolsters, blocks, 3 small pillows for support, and your favorite mug. (Don’t have a yoga mat, bolsters or blocks? No worries, we have extra! Just let us know.)

Power Animal Retrieval is a Core Shamanic method to restore power loss, revitalize energy, and connection to spirit. A power animal is a compassionate helping spirit that comes embodied as an animal. This animal offers great wisdom, lessons, support, and guidance, as well as, protection. It may come as a guide for a specific time, situation, or stick around with you throughout life. In the first few minutes of the mini session Meredith will help you open to receive and relax through guided breath, grounding meditation, or hands on reiki and craniosacral therapy. She will then drum or rattle as she enters a visionary journey state to find your power animal and deliver it to you. You may even receive a brief message when your spirit animal arrives. Meredith will give you recommendations for connecting and continued relationship with your spirit helper plus offer future opportunities to learn the core shamanic journey practice for direct connection to your helping spirit. If interested in learning how to journey on your own for answers to the deeper questions in life, creativity, inner guidance, healing purposes, and greater connection with spirit helpers receiving a power animal is the first step into the core shamanic journey practice.

You may come with a purpose, intention, or situation for healing that you are seeking a spirit helper for or come with just a desire to meet your spirit animal 's Place Apothecary & Wellness

Hello friends! I have a couple of events coming up this month. Come on out and join me over Polita's Place Apothecary & Wellness in Bailey on Wednesday Sept 13th for a mini Reflexology Session. I'll be taking appointments from 12-6pm. I'll also be there teaching a morning yoga class on Friday Sept 3rd from 8:30-9:30. It's also a great opportunity to come check out the local apothocary which has lovely medicinal herbal products, herbal consults, and Reiki! I'm looking forward to meeting the community and making new health and wellness connections in my new town beautiful Bailey Colorado!
