Sedona- I’m in gratitude. 🙏🏼
I got to meditate and spend time with the red mountains in the desert in this beautiful Buddhist and Native American inspired place last weeekend. Sitting in silence, listening to the wind and the birds was the greatest treat of them all contemplating on the mantra for compassion, ethics and wisdom- Om mani padmi hung.

Yinsters and yogis! This Friday’s yin class will be about presence. Presence in your own body. Presence with our sweet yoga community and presence with your emotions. When we practice Yin yoga we release physical, emotional and mental tension and balance our meridians. Come for an hour of silence and a lot of heart warming asanas.

Oh, and as promised cause you are all absolutely amazing - Swedish cinnamon buns, Yes! There will be buns and also gluten free options for all the Yinsters!

Yin yoga is back this Friday Aug 23rd at 9-10am. I can’t wait to meet my yinster tribe! Focus this week will be on a silent meditation and lots of juicy asanas for the hips and lower back. Sign up in advance at Taspens Healingcenter in Conifer.

One of the most important questions to ask yourself should be “what have I done for myself this week”?
Or
“What do I need to thrive”?
One of my favorite answers to that question for myself is to spend more time with my family and go see something new that can inspire my creativity. Here in Santa Fe two days ago. 🌵

Hi Colorado friends, me and Julie Colletti are planning a half day hike and yoga retreat. I would like to extend an invite to you and gauge to see how many people are interested/able to attend. Location and pricing are still to be determined but we intend to host near the Conifer area. Below are the details. If you are interested in attending please respond with a yes! And we will send further details. I hope to see you there.
When: July 13th, 2024 (Saturday)
Time: 8am-1pm
What: Hike yoga, snack and sun tea ceremony, meditation, vinyasa flow, yin yoga, ending with a light picnic (sides included, bring your own sandwich)

For those who wish to only join the yoga that will as well be an option.

Yin yoga every week on the schedule. This is one of my favorite asanas. My hamstrings are tight, especially from riding dressage with one of my horses and using my hamstrings a lot. This asana helps improve posture and body awareness and my false sciatica stays away when regularly doing this posture. The pose targets the low back, hip, and thigh muscles, helping to reduce pain, encourage flexibility, and increase range of motion.
Love it! Try it! 🧘🏼‍♀️
