Join Nolen for a deeply restorative Healing Sound Journey with Nolen Shaber at Gather Yoga.
This 90-minute guided sound meditation invites you to rest, reset, and drop into deep relaxation through the vibrations of drums, gongs, singing bowls, handpan, and more.

Sound journeys help calm the nervous system, support the parasympathetic response, and create space for deep meditation and overall well-being. Come get cozy and start the year feeling grounded, relaxed, and renewed.
