Primary food is the spice of life! In my life these forms of primary food play an important role. Time I spend with friends and family, whether it be a quiet evening in front of a fire with my hubby, or a virtual call with far away family or chatting with girlfriends while on a walk. Such good moments! Spiritually I spend quiet time praying to my heavenly Father and listening to His whispers and guidance in return. My favorite type of movement is hiking in the mountains, but taking a walk anywhere enjoying the sights and sound of nature fills me! Some of my favorite hobbies are nature photography and experimenting with baking gluten free low glycemic yummy treats. My career fills me as well. The best way for me to stimulate my interest in my career as a nutrition coach and physical therapist is through continuing education. The more I learn the more exciting my career becomes. ❤
