Next Friday, January 30 at 2:30PM, I’m going LIVE with Kayla Heagy, owner of Thrive Pelvic Health and Wellness LLC in Conneaut Lake.
Kayla is an Occupational Therapist who specializes in pelvic health and wellness, and we’re having a real, honest conversation about something many of us start noticing in perimenopause… even if we’re not talking about it yet.

As a woman in perimenopause myself, I’ll just say it out loud 🙋‍♀️
When you sneeze… cough… laugh a little too hard… and your body does something unexpected — you start paying attention to your pelvic health REAL quick.

So grateful for this sweet patient and her kind words. 🥹

Often for women, pelvic floor symptoms are dismissed as “normal” and just a side effect of having babies, aging, hormones, etc. While certain symptoms may be common during different life seasons, we definitely don’t have to suffer and “deal” with them.
