Let me clear this up: Detox ≠ Diet.
A diet is like putting your body on airplane mode, it shuts things down temporarily. A detox is like hitting “reset” on your whole system so it runs smoother long-term.
Diet = restriction, frustration, yo-yo weight changes.
Detox = nourishment, balanced hormones, restored gut health, better sleep, glowing skin, and more energy.
