Spring is finally here and so are the sneezes, itchy eyes, and runny nose. Diffuse lemon, lavender, and peppermint to rid the air in your home of pollens. Apply a drop of each before you go outside to avoid those nasty symptoms. If your throat itches on the inside, (as mine sometimes does,) rub a drop of copaiba on your throat to decrease the inflammation and itching. These little oils work wonders!!

Why not create your own air fresher? Spring is here, why not freshen the air in your house before we can open the windows?
Essential Oils make it smell great while they support your body!

This is my spring time favorite.
1) 10 drops lemon
2) 10 drops lavender
3) 10 drops peppermint
Swirl them in a 2oz glass spray bottle. Add a splash of witch hazel or a pinch of sea salt and top off with distilled water 💦 Shake before using.
