Over the last 8 weeks she committed to showing up, building better habits, and staying plugged into the support and accountability from our community — and it shows!

Progress like this doesn’t happen overnight. It’s the result of consistency, encouragement, and making small changes day after day. Watching her confidence grow has honestly been my favorite part of this journey. 💚

This is exactly why I love these challenges… you don’t have to do it alone.
