Please Sit on a Large Towel and wear Flip Flops or Crocs when using the dry saunas.
Remember to re-rack and disinfect your weights after usage. Please put small towels in bins located throughout the gym so we can clean and disinfect them and put them back out for usage.
Check out Body Build Saturday mornings at 11:10 am following Dance Fit at 9:55am.
Body Build is a barbell workout that challenges all major muscle groups. Class consists of squats, presses, lifts and curls as you strengthen, tone and define your entire body. We target Biceps, Triceps, Glutes, Quads, Upper and Lower Back, Abs, and Shoulders. You determine the level you will work at by choosing the appropriate weights. Its like personal training in a weight room with guided exercise and a team environment!
