Hydration (1/2 your body weight in oz. a day

If your workouts feel stale or your motivation has dipped, now is the
perfect time to refresh your approach:
Try new machines or classes.
Clean out your gym bag and refresh your gear.
Reevaluate your fitness routine and set new challenges.
