❄️ The Spa Weather Update ❄️

The Spa will be OPEN Saturday, January 24th from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. All guest; members and staff must exit building no later than 4pm. If you are traveling far, we encourage you to leave earlier or reschedule without penalty. Spa Cafe and Bar closes at 3pm.

The Spa will be CLOSED Sunday, January 25th, however we will have staff available between 11am to 6pm to answer calls, answer questions, book future reservations. You may also leave a message your calls will be returned before end of day Sunday or email us.

Monday, January 26th is to be determined as we continue to monitor weather conditions.

State of Emergency has been issued for 5pm Saturday Jan 24th.

For the safety of our guests and staff, all cancellation and rescheduling fees will be waived for guests already booked on affected dates.

Due to freezing temperatures and snow predicted beginning Friday night, January 23 through Monday, January 26, we are closely monitoring weather conditions. The safety of our guests and staff comes first and guides all operational decisions. 🤍

In accordance with Force Majeure—unforeseen events beyond our control such as severe weather—cancellation and rescheduling fees will be waived if conditions become unsafe.

Guests may reschedule without penalty in advance, the day before, or the day of their appointment.

If a closure becomes necessary, we will announce it promptly and notify all guests and staff directly. 📣

Tess began her journey with us in December 2017, and for over 8 years, her hard work, resilience, and heart have helped shape the spa into what it is today. From the very start, she set herself apart—quickly earning her way up the ranks while navigating life as a single, hardworking mom. Today, she’s thriving, engaged to the love of her life 💍, and raising three beautiful kids 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦✨. Her journey is nothing short of inspiring.

During the toughest times, Tess remained positive, showed up every day, and lifted others around her 💪🌟. She takes care of her family, cherishes her friends, and truly cares for her clients—always seeing the good in others and leading with kindness and compassion 💕. Through it all, massage therapy and customer service became her calling. Tess is truly gifted at her craft 💆‍♀️✨ and has a natural ability to connect with guests while leading with a calm demeanor. This Friday was one of those moments.

🫶🏻 Heather, Michelle, and Cherie came together to celebrate a birthday, 25 years of PA work together, and a friendship built through dedication, trust, laughter, and unwavering support. Traveling from Winston-Salem, Mount Airy, and Charlotte, they paused to honor not only their careers, but the bond formed through years of shared experiences and commitment.

And standing on the right, glowing with strength and gratitude, one of our birthday girls celebrated something even deeper—being cancer-free. A powerful reminder that resilience is real, hope is strong, and every chapter of life deserves to be celebrated. 🥰
