Conover Nursing and Rehab is the only family-owned healthcare provider of rehabilitation therapy and skilled nursing home services in Catawba County, NC.

We are not part of a large chain with corporate offices a hundred miles away. Family ownership sets us apart and promotes a more homelike atmosphere, seen not only in our physical environment but also in our qualified and caring staff. Our beautiful 90-bed facility was built in 2002 and is located in the foothills of North Carolina in the town of Conover just outside Hickory, NC

A little late but here is a July photo dump! We took an outing to see Superman, had visits with Faith the comfort dog and Jasper, a fun water day, and a new graduating class of cnas! Linda one of our residents took on a special project for us, going through all of our donated jewelry and cleaning it for our Conover store.
