“Should I choose Swedish or Deep Tissue?”
Here’s a simple breakdown:
✨ Swedish Massage
Often known as the classic relaxation massage, Swedish uses long, flowing strokes, gentle kneading, and rhythmic techniques to calm the nervous system. It’s perfect for stress relief, improving circulation, and promoting overall relaxation.
💪 Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue focuses on slower, firmer pressure to address deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Techniques such as trigger point work and focused compression make it ideal for chronic pain, injuries, and persistent tension.
Both styles are incredibly beneficial — it simply depends on your goals and what your body needs.
