An acquaintance (not a friend) recently laughed and said, "You work your tail off. Where's the money to show for it?" He added, "Do you know what you would be making in the hospital?"

I've considered what he said, and as I sit here in my double-wide with my wife of 32 years, eating free range eggs that a patient brought me from her hen house, and bread that a patient baked for me, with deer sausage that a patient made for me, I can't help but think to myself that he just doesn't have a clue what life is about.
