Countryside Manor Assisted Living Countryside Manor is an Assisted Living Facility located in a peaceful, country setting. Countryside Manor is designed to feel like a home.

We have only 12 residents so we can offer a personal touch, form relationships with one another & be a support system for each other. We want all of our residents to be comfortable and be able to enjoy their time here. Countryside Manor only cares for 12 residents so that staff and residents can get to know one another and develop trusting relationships. As the disease progresses and a person loses his or her ability to communicate verbally, it becomes critical to know a person well in order to meet their needs. Keeping Countryside Manor small allows family members to form relationships with one another and to be a support network for one another.

What a truly wonderful day it was! 💛

Our Easter celebration at Countryside Manor was absolutely beautiful, and it wouldn’t have been the same without all of you. Seeing so many smiling faces, families gathered together, and the joy shared throughout the day made it incredibly special.

Thank you to everyone who came out, spent time with us, and helped make today such a meaningful and memorable celebration. We are so grateful for this amazing community and all the love that filled the day.

So many sweet moments, so much laughter, and lots of family — days like today are what it’s all about. 🐣🌸

Thank you again for making it the best Easter celebration! Also, thank you to Concho Hearts Hospice for providing the bounce house and Gigi snow to go!
