Countryside Manor Assisted Living Countryside Manor is an Assisted Living Facility located in a peaceful, country setting. Countryside Manor is designed to feel like a home.

We have only 12 residents so we can offer a personal touch, form relationships with one another & be a support system for each other. We want all of our residents to be comfortable and be able to enjoy their time here. Countryside Manor only cares for 12 residents so that staff and residents can get to know one another and develop trusting relationships. As the disease progresses and a person loses his or her ability to communicate verbally, it becomes critical to know a person well in order to meet their needs. Keeping Countryside Manor small allows family members to form relationships with one another and to be a support network for one another.

We would like to send a heartfelt thank you to Kris with Concho Hearts Hospice for coming in and leading Bible study and singing with our residents! They truly enjoyed every minute of it. 💛

It was such a blessing to see all of our ladies awake for a change and fully engaged, smiling and enjoying their time with the chaplain. The joy in the room was undeniable!

We’re so grateful for the love and encouragement Kris brings each visit. He will be coming to Countryside Manor every two weeks on Wednesdays at 10:00 AM, and we are already looking forward to the next one!
