✨ New Class Alert: Restorative Yoga ✨
What if the most powerful thing you could do this week… is rest?
We’re so excited to introduce Restorative Yoga to our schedule- a slow, deeply supportive practice designed to help you release tension, calm your nervous system, and truly unwind.
In this class, you’ll be guided through gentle, fully supported poses using props, with plenty of time to soften, breathe, and simply be. No pushing. No striving. Just space to restore.
This is your invitation to pause, reset, and receive.
